Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: We accept returns for uninstalled items within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be received by us within this period to qualify.
Condition: Returns are only accepted for items that have not been installed, used, or altered in any way. The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags, and in new, resalable condition.
Installed Items: We do not accept returns for any items that have been installed, as this may compromise the product's integrity and compatibility.
Verification Requirement: It is the buyer's responsibility to check and verify the part number, compatibility, and fitment with their specific Tesla vehicle model before placing an order. Returns due to incorrect part selection or failure to verify compatibility may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@teslazone.com or through your account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item in its original packaging.
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit. Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If it meets our eligibility criteria, a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions and Warranty
After 30 Days: No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date, except in cases deemed valid under our warranty policy. Warranty claims are handled separately and require proof of defect or failure. Please refer to our [Warranty Policy] for details.
Non-Returnable Items: Electrical components, custom-ordered parts, or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund, including return shipping if applicable.
