Shipping Timeframe
We process and ship orders within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) from the date of purchase confirmation.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain delays. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size, weight, and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight, dimensions, and delivery location. We offer standard ground shipping as the default option, with expedited services available for an additional fee.
Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders over a certain threshold (check current promotions at checkout).
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we may expand options in the future. Please contact support for inquiries.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information via email to the address associated with your account. This allows you to monitor your package's progress in real-time through the carrier's website.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service at support@teslazone.com.
Delivery Confirmation
For orders totaling over $500 (before taxes and shipping), delivery confirmation (signature required) will be mandatory to ensure secure receipt and protect against loss or theft.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for pickup at a local facility.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or additional fees due to incorrect addresses.
Additional Information
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival for any visible damage and reporting issues immediately.
In the event of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim with the carrier.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain addresses or modify shipping options based on fraud prevention measures.
