Orders ship Monday to Friday, not holidays, within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST go out the next business day. We ship in the US only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Stock shows on each part. Lead-acid 12V batteries for Model 3/Y and Model X are local pickup only. Pickup at our shop, Ste 508: our sign points you to Ste 509. Shipping policy
Returns in plain words
Uninstalled parts in original, resalable packaging can be returned within 30 days. You pay return shipping, and shipping is not refunded. 12V batteries are final sale. Installed parts, electrical components and custom orders cannot be returned.

Took my Tesla Model Y in for possible brake replacements. They did a thorough inspection and determined the pads and rotors were fine. They did not charge me for the inspection. I will gladly come back for honest service.
